Dr. Suellen Duque
DNP, NP-C | Founder & CEO, Legacy Health Alliance
Dr. Suellen Duque is a doctoral-prepared, board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Legacy Health Alliance, a concierge medical practice dedicated to personalized, evidence-based healthcare.
A graduate of Regis College, where she earned her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees, Dr. Duque specializes in primary care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, hormonal health, medical weight management, wellness, and aesthetic medicine.
Beyond clinical practice, she serves as a clinical preceptor for students from local colleges and universities and has been a keynote speaker at Regis College, reflecting her commitment to healthcare education and leadership.
Passionate about building meaningful patient relationships, Dr. Duque combines clinical excellence with a compassionate, individualized approach to care. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining, camping, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Is Concierge a health insurance plan?
No. Concierge is a follow-up model offered by the clinic. Membership does not replace health insurance.
How much does Concierge cost?
The monthly fee is $150 per person. For couples, the fee is $130 per person per month. Check with our team to learn the terms and services included.
What if my insurance isn't accepted?
The clinic can advise you on the possibility of private pay (self-pay). Contact us to confirm pricing and terms before scheduling.
Do you offer care in Portuguese?
Yes. Legacy Health Alliance offers care in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Please indicate your language preference when you get in touch.
